As if she doesn't have enough drama for a 15-year-old, Miley Cyrus and her papa-pal Billy Ray Cyrus want to get away from Disney and Hannah Montana.

The former starlet of innocence now want to cut the Disney apron string and is making Disney suffer by being ornery and rude on the Hannah Montana set.

TMZ has learned Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus want off “Hannah Montana,” and their conduct has triggered a war on the set.

Our spies on the set tell us Miley has bragged that she will get fired, making it clear she wants to focus on singing and not the show. For his part Billy Ray has also made it clear that there is more money in singing than a Disney cable show. As a result, the father-daughter team has been showing up to the set ridiculously late, stalling production and infuriating cast and crew.

Emily Osment, who plays Lilly Truscott, used to be extremely tight with Miley. Now we’re told Emily is so bitter she literally turns away from Miley after each scene. We’re told Emily’s dad got in a screaming match with Billy Ray, complaining he and Miley were unprofessional.

Sources tell us Billy Ray has told people on the set that he and Miley will do twelve more episodes and then they are out. Disney was so pissed they called his agent, railing that Billy Ray and Miley were ingrates. Disney insisted that Billy Ray and Miley not only finish the twenty-four episode season — but Disney was adding six more episodes.

I don't know why she is "turning heads". Look is GAWD-AWFUL! Not her shape, mind you. It's always good to keep a youthful figure.

At such a funky event, she should have had more spunk to the outfit. Her style was going into two different directions.

Katie Holmes Broadway Debut Came With Scient*logy Protesters

A cute child, a movie star husband and a Broadway acting debut...

You would think that all is well with Katie Holmes.

But, I don't care how you slice it...Nothing ever seems 100% O.K. with her and her family.

Not like Gweneth Paltrow, who show up last week on Oprah...Katie seems to have something waiting or wanting in the wings.

I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop for her and I am ready to run out and read the tell-all book.

Anyhoo, her whoop-di-doo Broadway play goes off with out a hitch?.... Maybe.

And, that depends on your definition of "hitch".

Katie Holmes knows how to draw a crowd _ including anti-Scientology demonstrators.

Nearly 100 people lined up outside the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre Thursday night an hour before Holmes acted on Broadway for the first time in a preview performance for "All My Sons."

Not in the line: roughly 30 Scientology protesters who stood behind a barricade and loudly chanted "Scientology kills!" Some wore masks like in the movie "V for Vendetta," and one poster read: "FREE KATIE."
