David Archuleta and David Cook- American Idol Season 7 finalists.
It was no big shock to me that David Cook won American Idol this year.
With all the 'Stage-Daddy Drama' of David Archuleta's dad, this may have hurt Archuleta's popularity just enough for him not to be the winner.
The question is, "Did anyone really care?"
Is American Idol just growing old?
There was a lot of drama this year with the cast but overall, I was not entertained.
I hope that David Cook can keep up his celebrity status, unlike Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard, who have slipped back into celebrity obscurity.
